Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival

Celebrate the 39th year of amazing performances at the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, this July 15th - August 19th. This year, they will be performing Twelfth Night, a classic Shakespeare comedy about mistaken identities and romance.

Enjoy the show at one of North America's most beautiful outdoor venues, the Warren Edward Trepp Stage at Sand Harbor on the north east shore of Lake Tahoe. The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival is known for their beautiful costumes, lavish sets, and gorgeous Lake Tahoe scenery.

New this year is Shakespeare's Kitchen in the concession area, which includes the Kitchen, The Bar, and Bardware (souvenirs). The dining area has recently been renovated and expanded. Those who choose to dine in the concession will see great views of Lake Tahoe. You can pre-pay for a meal when booking your ticket online. This means you can go to a special area for pre-paid meals and avoid the lines in the regular dining area. Wait service is available in the premium seating areas.
