Where to Stay for RSAC 2027 in San Francisco: Hotels vs. Luxury Residence Club Rentals
Attending RSAC 2027 in San Francisco? Choosing where to stay is an important part of planning your conference experience, especially if you're traveling with colleagues, attending networking events or staying for several nights.
RSAC 2027 takes place April 5–8, 2027, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The annual cybersecurity conference brings together security professionals, technology executives, researchers and industry leaders from around the world.
While hotels near Moscone Center are an obvious choice, they're not the only option. For business travelers who want more space, privacy and luxury services, a multi-bedroom Residence Club rental near Union Square offers an appealing alternative.
Where Is RSAC 2027 Being Held?
RSAC 2027 will be held at Moscone Center, located at 747 Howard Street in downtown San Francisco.
When selecting accommodations, attendees often consider several nearby neighborhoods:
SoMa: Convenient for attendees who prioritize being as close as possible to Moscone Center.
Union Square: A central downtown location with shopping, dining and luxury accommodations.
Financial District: Another option for business travelers who prefer a downtown setting.
The best location depends on whether your priority is proximity to conference sessions, accommodations for colleagues or a more spacious place to relax between events.
Hotels vs. Residence Club Rentals for RSAC Attendees
Traditional hotels are convenient, particularly for solo travelers who need only a room and prefer staying immediately adjacent to the conference venue.
However, attending a multi-day business conference can involve more than simply sleeping between sessions.
For colleagues traveling together, a multi-bedroom Residence Club offers the advantage of separate bedrooms alongside shared living and dining spaces.
Rather than spending every evening in separate hotel rooms, colleagues can enjoy comfortable common areas while still maintaining their individual privacy.
A full kitchen and in-residence laundry can also be especially useful for longer business trips.
The Ritz-Carlton Club, San Francisco: A Luxury Alternative Near Union Square
Located at 690 Market Street, The Ritz-Carlton Club, San Francisco offers privately owned one-, two- and three-bedroom Residence Club accommodations in the historic Chronicle Building.
The property combines spacious residential accommodations with luxury hospitality services.
Depending on the residence, accommodations feature separate living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens and in-residence laundry.
Guests also enjoy amenities and services including:
Twice-daily housekeeping
Nightly turndown service
24-hour concierge service
Access to the private 12th-floor Club Lounge
For executives, exhibitors and colleagues attending RSAC, these accommodations offer an alternative to reserving multiple conventional hotel rooms.
The property is not located inside Moscone Center, so attendees should account for travel between the Residence Club and their conference sessions.
Can You Book a Three- or Four-Night Stay for RSAC?
Yes, shorter stays may be available.
Unlike many traditional Residence Club vacation destinations that primarily offer weekly rentals, The Ritz-Carlton Club, San Francisco offers greater flexibility.
Travel En Vogue can arrange shorter stays, including three- or four-night reservations, subject to available privately owned inventory and individual reservation terms.
This makes the property particularly appealing for travelers who need accommodations only for the duration of a conference rather than an entire week.
For RSAC 2027, attendees may wish to consider arrival on April 4 or 5 and departure on April 8 or 9, depending on their conference schedule.
Is a Multi-Bedroom Residence Better for Colleagues Attending Together?
For some corporate groups, it can be.
A two- or three-bedroom residence provides individual sleeping accommodations along with shared areas where colleagues can relax, have a meal or discuss the day's events.
This can be especially appealing for small teams attending the conference together.
The full kitchens, laundry facilities and luxury services provide additional conveniences that may not be available in standard hotel rooms.
Whether a multi-bedroom residence is more economical than booking separate hotel rooms depends on the available rental rates, number of guests and specific travel dates.
When Should You Arrange Accommodations for RSAC 2027?
Major conferences can create substantial demand for downtown San Francisco accommodations.
If you're planning to attend RSAC 2027, it's worth exploring your lodging options well before April, particularly if you need a specific bedroom configuration or want several colleagues to stay together.
Residence Club rental availability depends on privately owned inventory, so individual dates and accommodations should be confirmed before finalizing travel arrangements.
