Booking Your Vacation Rental

Do I need to be a Ritz-Carlton Club owner to rent one of your residences?

No! You do not need to own a Ritz-Carlton Club membership or have any type of timeshare ownership to book through Travel En Vogue.

We offer vacation rentals in privately owned luxury residences, allowing guests to enjoy these exceptional properties without purchasing an ownership interest.

How do I book a vacation rental through Travel En Vogue?

Simply contact us with your preferred destination, travel dates, and the number of guests in your group.

Our team will personally assist you with availability, rental options, pricing, and any questions you may have.

Once you've selected the accommodation that's right for your trip and are ready to move forward, we'll guide you through confirming your reservation.

Can I book a stay shorter than one week?

It depends on the property and available inventory.

Many of our mountain and beachfront residences are offered as weekly rentals, often with specific arrival and departure days.

However, shorter stays may be available at select properties. For example, our San Francisco residences can often accommodate one, two, three- or four-night reservations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the individual reservation and are provided in your rental agreement before you confirm your booking.

What's the difference between a luxury Residence Club condo and a traditional hotel room?

The biggest difference is space.

Rather than booking multiple separate hotel rooms, guests can enjoy a spacious luxury residence with multiple bedrooms, separate living and dining areas, and a kitchen.

Many of our residences also feature in-unit laundry, fireplaces, and other conveniences that make longer stays and family vacations more comfortable.

At the same time, guests enjoy access to exceptional resort amenities and services associated with their destination.

Do your vacation rentals have full kitchens and washers and dryers?

Many do!

Our two- and three-bedroom condos at Bachelor Gulch, Aspen Highlands, St. Thomas, and Lake Tahoe feature residential-style kitchens and living spaces.

Our San Francisco residences also offer full kitchens and in-residence laundry facilities.

Specific layouts and amenities vary by property and accommodation type. For example, the two-bedroom suites at St. Thomas feature smaller bistro-style kitchens rather than the full kitchens found in the condos.

Is housekeeping included with your vacation rentals?

Yes. Twice-daily housekeeping is available at our Ritz-Carlton Club destinations, offering the convenience of luxury hotel service with the privacy of a spacious residence.

Specific housekeeping arrangements and services may vary by property.

Can guests use the resort's pools, hot tubs, spas, and other amenities?

Our rentals provide access to a variety of luxury resort amenities, depending on the destination.

These may include swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, spa amenities, concierge services, ski valet, and resort dining.

Some properties also offer exclusive amenities reserved for Residence Club guests.

Located adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch hotel in the Beaver Creek resort area, these spacious residences offer full kitchens, living and dining areas, in-residence laundry, and access to exceptional resort amenities.

For families and groups, a multi-bedroom condo can provide an attractive alternative to reserving several separate hotel rooms.

Do Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch condo rentals include complimentary lift tickets?

The Residences at Bachelor Gulch, located adjacent to the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch hotel do! This is one of the most exceptional benefits of staying in our Bachelor Gulch Residence Club condos.

Eligible three-bedroom rentals include up to eight complimentary ski lift tickets per day, while eligible two-bedroom rentals include up to six complimentary ski lift tickets per day.

These tickets are for registered guests staying in the residence and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. They are nontransferable, cannot be resold, and are use-or-lose. There is no compensation for unused tickets or if the ski resort is closed.

This benefit is specific to eligible Residence Club accommodations and is not included simply by booking a room or residence at the adjacent Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Can Bachelor Gulch condo guests use the Ritz-Carlton hotel amenities?

Yes!

Guests staying in our Bachelor Gulch Residence Club condos have access to amenities at the adjacent Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch hotel, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, and available spa facilities.

Residence Club guests also enjoy additional amenities within their own property, including private hot tubs, outdoor fire pits, and barbecue facilities.
